Huntington Technology is a Managed IT Services Provider serving small and mid-sized businesses that rely on technology to operate securely, efficiently, and without unnecessary disruption. We are looking for a Technical Alignment Manager who can help us raise the standard across our client environments, reduce reactive issues, improve documentation, identify risk, and create better technical outcomes for our clients. The Technical Alignment Manager is responsible for ensuring that Huntington Technology’s managed clients are technically aligned to our standards, best practices, and service delivery expectations. This is a proactive, client-facing technical role. You will regularly review client environments, identify technical gaps, document findings, create actionable recommendations, and work closely with our service, project, security, and strategic advisory teams. The right person is part systems administrator, part technical auditor, part client advisor, and part internal quality-control leader. This is not a pure helpdesk role. It is not a pure project role. It is not a sales role. The TAM exists to understand client environments deeply, identify misalignment before it becomes noise, and help Huntington Technology deliver a more consistent, mature, and strategic experience.
