MSP Technical Lead
About The Position

We are currently hiring an MSP Technical Lead to oversee and support multiple client environments, develop a deep understanding of their infrastructure, and proactively recommend improvements to performance, reliability, and security. This is a client-facing role that requires strong technical expertise, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of IT administration, network administration, or MSP experience.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting switches, routing, firewalls, and network infrastructure.
- Strong communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Cisco CCNA, or Microsoft certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical lead for assigned client accounts.
- Learn, manage, and document client networks, servers, systems, and infrastructure.
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve IT performance, security, and operational efficiency.
- Manage and support LAN, WAN, VPN, server, and network environments.
- Oversee system monitoring, backups, patching, and routine health checks.
- Lead networking and infrastructure projects from implementation through completion.
- Provide onsite support and advanced technical escalation assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, account managers, and leadership teams.
- Assist with client account management and long-term technology planning.
