About The Position

The Technical Administrator / EDI Programmer Analyst administers, develops, integrates, supports, and continuously improves Flexfab’s Infor Automotive Exchange environment. The role is the technical subject matter expert for automotive EDI, trading-partner connectivity, mapping, transaction reliability, and ERP EDI integration, and also supports Infor LN/LNCE enterprise applications, custom functionality, reporting, automation, PLM, and related business-process improvements. The position partners with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Manufacturing, Finance, and IT teams across global operations. The role administers and optimizes Infor Automotive Exchange, including trading-partner profiles, document relationships, routing, validation, workflows, security, permissions, certificates, and audit controls. It coordinates with Infor Managed Services on provisioning, platform changes, support cases, and incident resolution; monitors transaction queues and connectivity; and maintains configuration records, procedures, recovery steps, change controls, support documentation, and operating standards. The analyst designs, builds, modifies, tests, documents, deploys, and maintains EDI maps, transformations, stylesheets, and customer-specific business rules. The role supports ANSI X12 transactions 810, 820, 830, 850, 855, 856, 860, 862, 864, 866, and 997, as well as EDIFACT messages DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADV, INVOIC, RECADV, ORDERS, and CONTRL. It leads trading-partner onboarding, certification, cutover, stabilization, and ongoing support, and interprets customer specifications, validates compliance requirements, coordinates testing, and resolves mapping or transmission defects before production deployment. The position maintains and troubleshoots integrations among Infor Automotive Exchange, Infor LN/LNCE, Infor OS, ION, Data Lake, APIs, BODs, XML, JSON, flat files, databases, and approved external systems. It supports automotive supply-chain transactions, analyzes and reprocesses failures, resolves mapping, communication, master-data, and ERP-interface issues, and provides Tier 2/3 support for production issues. It leads root-cause analysis and corrective action for production-impacting incidents and provides reasonable after-hours support for critical automotive manufacturing events. The role also supports Infor LN/LNCE users and assigned enterprise applications, PLM users, helpdesk requests, projects, testing, training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement. It prepares project updates, estimates, support cases, procedures, manuals, test plans, implementation plans, and training materials, and communicates progress and risks to stakeholders. The position works in normal office settings and periodically in manufacturing facilities. It supports planned changes, production cutovers, and critical after-hours events. Expected role allocation is 55–60% Infor Automotive Exchange/EDI, 20–25% ERP, LNCE, and integration support, 10–15% AE reporting, PLM, and automation, and approximately 10% user support, documentation, and projects.
