About The Position

The Technical Administrative Assistant II provides advanced administrative support to field teams and deployable personnel, including managing complex travel logistics, medical clearances, and high-level administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Also, this role will provide administrative and technical support to ensure smooth daily operations and serve as a key coordination point between technical teams, leadership, and external customers. The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and manage comprehensive deployment packages.
  • Coordinate and manage detailed travel logistics for field teams.
  • Oversee and manage comprehensive medical, dental, and vision requirements for deployed personnel.
  • Prepare, review, and submit detailed expense reports and purchase requisitions.
  • Maintain and manage office supply inventory efficiently.
  • Initiate, track, process, and verify complex data from multiple sources.
  • Efficiently utilize various IT platforms for daily administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with contacts on military bases and government buildings.
  • Prepare and edit communications, presentations, and documents.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle high-level administrative tasks with a focus on business operations.
  • Facilitate coordination between teams and departments.
  • Support onboarding and training for new employees.
  • Organize team-building and employee engagement activities
  • Draft and review internal and external communications.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Manage the flow of information and communications.
