About The Position

Truist is seeking a senior individual contributor to lead end-to-end execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives within Platform Services. The role translates strategic goals into coordinated delivery, manages technical plans and capability roadmaps, surfaces risks, resolves cross-team blockers, and promotes accountability from planning through implementation. It consolidates Platform Services metrics and executive-ready commentary for governance and committee reporting. The role works across engineering, product, security, infrastructure, architecture, compliance, SRE, and DevSecOps stakeholders. It requires understanding of cloud-native architectures, DevOps pipelines, automation, infrastructure delivery, and technical dependencies across areas such as compute platforms, container orchestration, API gateways, CI/CD, secrets management, observability, and compliance tooling. The delivery leader influences outcomes without relying on positional authority and communicates effectively with technical teams and executives. The position also ensures delivery follows Truist’s Software Delivery Lifecycle, Program Management Lifecycle, Enterprise Change Management, and applicable risk, audit, and regulatory expectations. It supports operational readiness through runbooks, SLOs, documentation, compliance evidence, release planning, change windows, and support readiness.

  • Design, build, manage, and implement enterprise infrastructure technology platforms and systems across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, or middleware domains.
  • Develop and apply automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to support infrastructure availability and performance.
  • Manage large infrastructure projects and programs aligned with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate technologies and improve infrastructure standards and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure performance and reliability issues.
  • Ensure compliance with technology strategies, standards, governance, and regulatory requirements.
