About The Position

DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Tech Management Senior Analyst in Jacksonville, FL to provide advanced first- and second-level production support for a suite of front-office electronic trading and market-data applications. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of the real-time trading environment by applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles. The analyst will also drive automation efforts for application support, monitoring, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and enhance system reliability. The position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent
  • Three (3) years of experience performing production support for algorithmic ultra-low latency stack, real-time front-office electronic trading platforms and real-time pricing engines applications
  • Experience performing incident management and root cause analysis for electronic trading infrastructure and associated backend services
  • Experience ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of real-time trading environment by applying Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles using monitoring and observability tools, including Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Geneos, Open Telemetry, and Corvil
  • Experience performing Unix and Linux administration and automation using Shell scripting and Python
  • Experience supporting vendor and exchange connectivity while ensuring reliable integration and performance of banking applications
  • Experience executing end-to-end release and change management activities for applications, including deployment planning, impact analysis, environment coordination, implementation, and post-release validation
  • Experience working with high-performance timeseries databases including kdb+ from Kx Systems, Q programming language for data engineering, and data analysis for the Foreign Exchange (FX) trading and risk applications
  • Experience driving automation efforts for application support, monitoring, and operational workflows to reduce manual effort, improve operational efficiency, and enhance system reliability
  • Experience implementing colocation network and exchange connectivity actions

Responsibilities
