About The Position

Red Ventures Growth & Transformation (RVGT) helps partners grow through proprietary distribution, data models, AI-enabled applications, and strategic client partnerships. The organization is investing in a Growth Operating System of reusable workflows, agents, context layers, and governance mechanisms to help teams and partners drive growth more efficiently and at greater scale. The position combines hands-on engineering with people leadership, including developing agentic systems and digital acquisition and conversion experiences, growing the team, and partnering cross-functionally. The role requires a hybrid schedule and is based in the South Charlotte, North Carolina, or New York, New York, office. Visa sponsorship or transfer and corp-to-corp work are not available.

  • Experience designing for contractual obligations such as SLAs, data handling, and audit, as well as OWASP, WCAG, and GDPR/CCPA requirements.
