Tech Lead

We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Tech Lead who is passionate about developing and supporting world-class products within a cross-functional team. This role involves working with engineering leadership and product teams to create a technical vision and then turning that vision into a reality. The Tech Lead will be involved in all aspects of a feature, from initial solution design to development, deployment, and monitoring in production. Additionally, they will assist with feature leads, ensure quality and timeliness of feature delivery, and coach team members on their technical skills. The Tech Lead will set the standard for engineering excellence within their teams.

• Collaborate with engineering leadership and product teams to create a technical vision
• Turn the technical vision into a reality by working with the team
• Assist with feature leads and ensure quality and timeliness of feature delivery
• Coach and mentor team members from a technical aspect
• Design initial solutions for features
• Develop features using C#.NET, Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS, SQL, Microservices, and AWS
• Deploy features and monitor them in production
• Set the standard for engineering excellence within the team
• Share knowledge and eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Ability and interest to coach and mentor team members from a technical aspect
• Experience in C#.NET, Javascript/Typescript, ReactJS, SQL, Microservices, AWS
