About The Position
The Teammate – On Field Operations supports merchandising, product availability, pricing, and signage across the sales floor to deliver a seamless athlete experience. The role helps keep the store organized, accurate, and ready to meet athlete needs, working with energy, discipline, and teamwork. Teammates provide helpful product knowledge and customer service while supporting the store team and creating an inclusive environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Follow merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs such as customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
- Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
- Support the team across the store and perform other assigned tasks.
