About The Position

As a Teammate – On Field Operations at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you support merchandising, product availability, pricing, and signage across the sales floor to deliver a seamless athlete experience. You help keep the store organized, accurate, and ready to meet athlete needs. The role calls for energy, discipline, teamwork, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively understand athletes’ needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Follow company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss-prevention, and standard operating procedures, along with applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
