About The Position

As a Teammate – Golf at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you will help athletes find equipment suited to their needs and performance goals. You will provide personalized service and product knowledge, build meaningful connections, and contribute to an inclusive, welcoming store environment. The role also supports store merchandising and operations, promotes company programs, and helps the team across the store.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Follow company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing requirements, including Federal ATF requirements.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
