About The Position
At DICK’S Sporting Goods, the Teammate – Golf helps athletes find the right equipment and elevate their performance by delivering personalized service, sharing product knowledge, and creating meaningful connections. The role supports athletes’ journeys on and off the course and contributes to a welcoming, inclusive store environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
- Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
- Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
- Follow policies and procedures for safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing requirements, including those of the Federal ATF.
- Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
- Support the team throughout the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
