About The Position

As a Teammate – Golf at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you help athletes find the right equipment and elevate their performance. You deliver personalized service, share product knowledge, and create meaningful connections with athletes, supporting their journey on and off the course. The role also contributes to an inclusive store environment and supports the team across the store.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Follow established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards to uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
