At DICK’S Sporting Goods, the Teammate – Golf helps athletes find suitable golf equipment and improve their performance. The role delivers personalized service, shares product knowledge, and builds meaningful connections with athletes. Teammates support an inclusive store environment and work collaboratively to provide positive experiences for athletes of all abilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Follow policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
