About The Position

As a Teammate – Golf at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you will deliver personalized service, share product knowledge, and create meaningful connections with athletes. You will help athletes find the right equipment and elevate their performance while supporting their journey on and off the course. The role contributes to an inclusive store environment and a team focused on exceptional experiences for athletes of all abilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including Federal ATF requirements.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
