About The Position

As a Teammate – Golf at DICK’S Sporting Goods, you will help athletes find suitable golf equipment and improve their performance by delivering personalized service, sharing product knowledge, and building meaningful connections. You will contribute to a welcoming and inclusive store environment while supporting store operations and the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively approach athletes to understand their needs, and support their shopping experience with helpful, accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Follow established merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Follow policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, as well as applicable laws and external governing guidelines, including those of the Federal ATF.
• Help create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome and safe and are treated with respect.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
