About The Position

As Team Lead Inside Sales for the US market, based in Secaucus, NJ, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales initiatives to drive new revenue, expand our customer base, and contribute to the success of our industry-leading software solutions. In this hands-on leadership role, you will lead the day-to-day performance of the Inside Sales team while building the operational discipline, coaching capabilities, and scalable processes needed to support sustainable growth and long-term success.

Requirements

  • Several years in progressive sales leadership within the B2B software industry, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of the software sector, Cloud market dynamics, and enterprise customer pain points.
  • Ability to devise and execute comprehensive sales initiatives tailored to the US market.
  • Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a diverse sales team. Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using sales analytics and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and stakeholders.
  • Based in Secaucus, NJ.

Nice To Haves

  • Existing industry relationships in Healthcare and Finance are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage top customers and key prospects, developing strategies that highlight our value proposition, and maintain direct ownership of a selected portfolio of customer accounts.
  • Drive business development initiatives across the US, increasing revenue, market share, and customer alliances.
  • Build executive relationships with customers and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Lead and develop our US Inside Sales & Customer Success team.
  • Foster a motivated sales force through proactive client engagement and tailored messaging solutions.
  • Own day-to-day execution of outbound telesales activity (calls, follow-ups, qualification).
  • Participate in sales activities, supporting your team in customer interactions.
  • Balance volume with value - driving focus toward higher-quality opportunities, not just activity.
  • Ensure accurate and disciplined use of the CRM for activity, leads, and outcomes in coordination with HQ teams.
