The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. This position is employed by a Dunkin’ franchisee, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. Franchisees are independent business owners responsible for their own employees and wage and benefit programs, which may vary among franchisees.
