About The Position

The Team Member supports opening and early-morning store operations, helping customers start their day with a welcoming experience, great coffee, and a positive attitude. The role helps prepare the store for daily operations, accurately prepares drinks and food, and works collaboratively with the team in a customer-focused environment guided by the SPARK values: Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness.

The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. This position is employed by a Dunkin’ franchisee, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. Franchisees are independent business owners and set their own wage and benefit programs.
