About The Position

The Team Member delivers great service and creates positive moments for customers while contributing to a collaborative SPARK culture: Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness. The role includes opening and setting up the store, preparing food and beverages to high standards, and helping create a positive, team-oriented environment. The position is with a Dunkin’ franchisee, The Salema Group, a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in coastal New Hampshire and Maine. The franchisee is the employee’s employer and independently determines its wage and benefit programs.
