Team Member-Opening/Morning Shift
About The Position
The Team Member provides excellent service to every guest, assists with opening and daily store setup, and prepares food and beverages to high standards. The role calls for a positive, dependable, team-oriented person who can perform in a fast-paced setting and help create positive customer experiences. This is an opening/morning shift position with schedules that work around employee availability. The position is with a Dunkin’ franchisee operated by The Salema Group, a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in coastal New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. The franchisee is the employer and independently determines its wage and benefit programs.
