About The Position

The Team Member works opening and early-morning shifts to create positive guest experiences in a team-oriented environment guided by the SPARK values: Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness. The role includes serving guests, helping open and set up the store, and preparing food and beverages to high standards. The position is with a franchisee of Dunkin’, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in the seacoast areas of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. Franchisees are independent business owners and determine their own wage and benefit programs, which may vary.
