About The Position
The Team Member supports opening and early-morning store operations by welcoming customers, helping prepare the store for daily business, and accurately preparing drinks and food. The role calls for a reliable, organized, efficient, collaborative, and positive approach, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The position is with The Salema Group, a family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in the seacoast region of New Hampshire and Maine. The role is employed by the Dunkin’ franchisee, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates; franchisees independently set their wage and benefit programs.
