About The Position
The Team Member provides excellent service to every guest while helping create positive customer experiences. The role includes assisting with opening and daily store setup, preparing food and beverages to high standards, and contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment. The position is with a Dunkin’ franchisee, The Salema Group, a local family business that operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in the seacoast region of New Hampshire and Maine.
