Team Member-Opening/Early Morning
About The Position
The Team Member works opening and early-morning shifts, helping create positive experiences for guests in a welcoming, team-oriented environment guided by the SPARK values: Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness. The role includes providing guest service, assisting with opening and daily store setup, and preparing food and beverages to high standards. Pay is up to $16.25 per hour plus tips for full-time work. The Salema Group is a family business operating 28 Dunkin’ locations in coastal New Hampshire and Maine. This position is employed by an independent Dunkin’ franchisee, which is solely responsible for its employees and determines its own wage and benefit programs.
