About The Position
The Team Member works opening and early-morning shifts to help create a positive experience for every guest. The role includes opening and daily store setup, preparing food and beverages to high standards, and providing excellent guest service in a welcoming, team-oriented environment guided by the SPARK values: Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness. The position offers full-time pay of up to $16.25 per hour plus tips, with referral bonuses also mentioned. The employer is The Salema Group, a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in the seacoast areas of New Hampshire and Maine. This role is with an independent Dunkin’ franchisee, which is the employee’s employer and sets its own wage and benefit programs.
