About The Position
Team Members help ensure America runs on Dunkin by delivering positive Guest experiences and encouraging Guests to return. The role is with Metro Franchising at a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shop and involves prioritizing Guest needs, working collaboratively, preparing products to company standards, and maintaining clean work areas. This is a part-time afternoon-shift position with a starting pay rate of $17.
Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the number-one priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Follow Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
