About The Position
Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members for the afternoon shift at its Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members deliver positive Guest experiences, help ensure Guests return, prepare quality products, and contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment. The starting pay rate is $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the number-one priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and with respect, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Follow Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
