About The Position

Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members for the afternoon shift at its Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members deliver positive Guest experiences, prepare products to company standards, maintain clean work areas, and support their fellow team members. The starting pay rate is $17.00. Responsibilities

Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.

Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
Follow Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
