About The Position

Metro Franchising is seeking part-time Team Members for the afternoon shift at its Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return by providing responsive service, supporting their coworkers, preparing quality products, and maintaining clean work areas. The listed pay is $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities

Treat Guests as the number one priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.

Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
Adhere to Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
