About The Position
Team Members help ensure America runs on Dunkin by delivering positive Guest experiences and encouraging Guests to return. This part-time position works the afternoon shift at a Metro Franchising Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shop. The listed pay rate is $17.00. Team Members prepare products to company standards, maintain clean work areas, follow brand systems and company policies, and contribute to a respectful, supportive team. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
