About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings. They ensure each item is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a fun, casual, people-focused setting, with opportunities to develop skills, grow, and advance. JRI Hospitality owns and operates more than 80 restaurants in 11 states and continues to expand.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old; 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection and delivered with a smile.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
