About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings. They ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a people-first environment focused on hospitality, development, diversity, and inclusion, with opportunities to grow and advance. The role offers shift options including 4-hour and 8-hour shifts, day shifts, Monday through Friday, and weekend availability.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older; 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take customer orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver orders with a smile.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
