About The Position
Restaurant Team Members at JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings. They ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a fun, casual environment focused on great food, exceptional hospitality, development, and growth. The role offers flexible schedules for full- and part-time work, with stated availability for four- or eight-hour shifts, day shifts, Monday through Friday, and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old; 18 or older in California.
- Consistently demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment.
- Deliver orders with a smile.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
