About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu items. They ensure food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and delivered with a smile. Team Members work in a fun, guest-focused setting delivering freshly prepared, made-to-order food and exceptional hospitality. JRI Hospitality develops Team Members and provides opportunities to grow and advance, including a promote-from-within culture. The company owns and operates more than 80 restaurants in 11 states and continues to open locations.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older; 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure items are cooked to perfection and served with a smile.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Work dependably and collaboratively as part of a team.
