About The Position
At JRI Hospitality’s Freddy’s locations, Restaurant Team Members help deliver freshly prepared, made-to-order menu items and exceptional hospitality. Team Members welcome guests, take orders, and prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings, ensuring food is cooked to perfection in a safe and clean environment and served with a smile. The role is part of a people-first company that develops its Team Members and supports opportunities to learn, grow, and advance.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old; 18 or older in California.
- Demonstrate exceptional hospitality and guest service, dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
- Availability for 4-hour or 8-hour shifts, day shifts, Monday through Friday, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide exceptional hospitality and guest service.
- Take guest orders.
- Prepare frozen custard treats and other menu offerings.
- Ensure menu items are cooked to perfection and served with a smile.
- Work in a safe and clean environment.
- Demonstrate dependability, attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.
