Team Member Part-Time Afternoon Shift
About The Position
Team Members help ensure America runs on Dunkin by delivering positive Guest experiences and encouraging Guests to return. The role is with one of Metro Franchising’s Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops and is a part-time afternoon-shift position. Pay starts at $17.00 per hour. Team Members prepare products to company standards, maintain clean work areas, follow brand systems and company policies, and contribute to a respectful, enthusiastic team environment. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Follow Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
