Team Member Part-Time Morning Shift
About The Position
Team Members help ensure America runs on Dunkin by delivering great Guest experiences and encouraging Guests to return. The role involves prioritizing Guest needs, working respectfully and effectively with fellow Team Members, preparing products to operational, quality, and safety standards, and maintaining clean work areas. The position is part-time and works the morning shift. Pay is $17.00 and up. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the top priority by responding to their needs and resolving problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
