About The Position

Team Members represent the business and Smoothie King brand. They help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them in selecting smoothies and retail products that support a healthy, active lifestyle. The role includes providing guest service, processing orders and payments, completing daily checklist duties, and maintaining a clean store while following food safety procedures. Team Members are expected to arrive on time, follow procedures and dress code requirements, respond constructively to feedback, and approach their work with a positive attitude.

Requirements

Ability to tolerate exposure to a wide variety of fresh, dried, and/or frozen products and powdered substances, including strawberries, bananas, peanuts, tree nuts such as almonds, milk, soy, proteins, grains, and spices, without posing a direct threat to personal health and safety.
Ability to follow procedures and comply with dress code requirements.
Ability to keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations.
Ability to operate a blender and POS cashier system.
Ability to provide great guest service.

Responsibilities

Help guests select smoothies and retail products that support their fitness and nutrition goals.
Provide a positive product and guest service experience and ensure guests’ purposes are met when smoothies are ordered.
Ring up orders and handle payments.
Complete daily checklist duties.
Keep the store clean and follow food safety regulations.
Follow procedures and comply with dress code requirements.
Show up on time and maintain a work schedule without interference from personal commitments.
Accept feedback from Shift Leads and/or Managers and practice tasks to improve performance.
Approach tasks with a positive attitude and foster teamwork.
