About The Position

As a Team Member at a Dunkin’ franchise, you help prepare food and beverages and provide guest service that encourages customers to return. This position is intended for people seeking a primarily morning schedule, with shifts starting between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. Full-time and part-time schedules are available. The franchisee is the employer and is independently responsible for its employees, wages, and benefit programs.

Requirements

• Fluently speak and read English.
• Be at least 16 years of age, or older where required by applicable law.
• Be able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
• Be able to follow safe food-handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
• Be able to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach overhead.
• Have exceptional time-management, attention-to-detail, and guest-service skills.
