About The Position

As a Dunkin’ Team Member, you help prepare food and beverages and provide guest service to encourage customers to return. This position is intended for people seeking a primarily morning schedule, with shifts starting between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. The franchisee offers training, opportunities for advancement, and a range of benefits that may vary by franchisee. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, subject to applicable law, and able to perform the listed equipment, food-safety, and physical tasks.

Requirements

• Fluent English speaking and reading ability.
• At least 16 years of age, or older if required by applicable law.
• Ability to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
• Ability to follow safe food-handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds at a time.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and reach overhead.
• Exceptional time-management, attention-to-detail, and guest-service skills.
