Team Member-Opening/Morning Shift
About The Position
The Team Member provides excellent service to every guest while contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment. The role includes opening and setting up the store, preparing food and beverages to high standards, and helping create positive customer experiences. This is an opening/morning-shift position with full-time pay listed as up to $16.25 per hour plus tips. Schedules may be arranged around availability, and the role offers opportunities for growth and promotion. The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the New Hampshire and Maine seacoast and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. This position is employed by a Dunkin’ franchisee, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. The franchisee is the sole employer and independently sets wages and benefit programs.
