Team Member-Opening/Morning Shift
About The Position
The Team Member works the opening/morning shift, serving customers and helping ensure the store is ready for the day. The role involves preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and positive workspace, and providing friendly, efficient customer service in a supportive, high-energy team environment grounded in the SPARK values: Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness. The position is with a franchisee of Dunkin’, The Salema Group, a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in the seacoast region of New Hampshire and Maine. The franchisee is the employer and independently determines its wage and benefit programs. Full-time pay is up to $16.25 per hour plus tips.
