About The Position
Metro Franchising is hiring part-time Team Members for the morning shift at its Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins shops. Team Members help deliver positive Guest experiences and encourage Guests to return. The role involves prioritizing Guest needs, working respectfully with fellow Team Members, preparing products to operational, quality, and safety standards, maintaining clean work areas, and following brand standards and company policies. The listed pay rate starts at $17.00. Responsibilities
- Treat Guests as the number one priority, respond to their needs, and resolve problems with a sense of urgency.
- Communicate appropriately, treat others fairly and respectfully, and support fellow Team Members.
- Prepare products according to Metro’s operational, quality, and safety standards.
- Maintain clean and neat workstations and Guest areas.
- Adhere to Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brand standards and systems.
- Comply with Metro’s policies and procedures.
- Show enthusiasm for the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins brands and Team Metro.
