Part Time Seasonal Team Member
About The Position
The Team Member provides friendly customer service, helps customers locate products and find solutions, and delivers a fast, friendly checkout experience. The role also supports store operations through truck unloading, stocking, merchandise recovery, planogram and in-stock processes, and maintenance of store presentation and availability. Team Members assist with online order fulfillment, promote customer programs, follow company procedures and safety standards, and contribute to a respectful, positive store environment. The position is seasonal and part-time, with cross-training in Custom Framing sales and production.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to remain standing for long periods and move throughout the store.
- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer survey.
- Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS) processes.
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to maintain a well-merchandised and in-stock store.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow standard operating procedures, company programs, policies, and standards to comply with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote company values, and serve as a positive role model.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
