Part Time Seasonal Team Member
About The Position
The Part Time Seasonal Team Member works in a public retail store, providing friendly customer service and helping customers find products and solutions. The role supports checkout, store merchandising, truck unloading, stocking, recovery, and online order processes while maintaining company standards and a positive, respectful environment. Team Members are cross-trained in Custom Framing sales and production and may perform other duties as assigned. The role requires standing for long periods and moving throughout the store, as well as bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Duties may involve lifting heavy boxes, accessing high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment, and working in stock rooms or outdoors when retrieving carts or unloading trucks. The store's public areas are climate controlled, but some stock rooms may not be. The frame shop contains a glass cutter and heat press. Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings. Team members must be at least 16 years old and meet applicable federal, state, and local legal requirements.

- Ability to bend, lift, carry, reach, and stretch regularly.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using a ladder or similar equipment.

Responsibilities
- Help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions.
- Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash according to standards.
- Engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
- Educate customers about the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
- Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance, including returns and general store recovery, to help keep the store well merchandised and in stock.
- Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and ad set duties as assigned.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company programs, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Interact with others in an accepting and respectful manner, remain positive in difficult situations, promote the organization's vision and values, and serve as a positive role model.
- Cross-train in Custom Framing sales and production.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
