Team Member - Afternoons/Closing Shift
About The Position
The Team Member provides friendly, high-quality service during afternoon and closing hours. The role includes preparing coffee, drinks, and food, maintaining a clean and stocked store, and working with coworkers to close successfully. Team members are part of a supportive environment centered on Support, Positivity, Appreciation, Resilience, and Kindness. The position is with a franchisee of Dunkin’, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in the seacoast region of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. The franchisee is the employer and independently sets its wage and benefit programs.

Responsibilities
- Provide great service to guests through the evening.
- Prepare coffee, drinks, and food items for guests.
- Keep the store clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
- Work with the team to wrap up the day and close the store successfully.
