About The Position
The Team Member works the afternoon and closing shift at a Dunkin’ franchise operated by The Salema Group. The role focuses on welcoming guests later in the day, preparing drinks, sandwiches, and bakery items to company standards, maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, and helping complete end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures. The position is suited to someone with a positive, collaborative attitude who can stay organized, work efficiently under pressure, and provide strong customer service. The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. The employer is the franchisee, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates; franchisees independently determine their wage and benefit programs. Pay is listed as up to $16.00 per hour plus tips for full-time work and $12.50–$14.50 per hour plus tips for part-time work.
