About The Position
Team Members work afternoon and closing shifts to create a welcoming experience for guests. The role involves serving guests positively, preparing food and drinks accurately, maintaining store cleanliness and organization, and completing closing and end-of-day tasks. The employer is The Salema Group, a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations on the seacoast of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. This position is with a Dunkin’ franchisee, which is the employee’s employer and independently determines its wage and benefit programs.
