About The Position
The Team Member works afternoons and the closing shift at a Dunkin’ franchise operated by The Salema Group. The role focuses on welcoming guests later in the day, preparing drinks, sandwiches, and bakery items to company standards, maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining, preparation, and equipment areas, and helping with end-of-day cleaning and closing procedures. The position is suited to someone who is reliable, organized, positive, collaborative, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. The posting lists full-time pay of up to $16.00 per hour plus tips and part-time pay of $12.50–$14.50 per hour plus tips. The Salema Group is a local family business that owns and operates 28 Dunkin’ locations in the seacoast region of New Hampshire and Maine and has been in the Dunkin’ business since 1979. This role is employed by the franchisee, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates; the franchisee is solely responsible for its employees and sets its own wage and benefit programs.
